ROBING
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The Quad on the Lincoln Park Campus

All faculty and staff are invited to robe for this event and participate in the processional.  Robing will take place between 8:30 am and 10:00 am on the Quad at Lincoln Park, just west of the Richardson Library and south of Fullerton avenue.  Those who choose to process will then be lined up for the start of the processional.

Those wishing to participate must RSVP on this site, where they have the opportunity to order regalia if need be and pick it up the morning of the event.  Regalia should be returned to the same location immediately following the ceremony.

PROCESSION
10:10 a.m.
From the Quad to St. Vincent de Paul Church

The processional will begin from the Quad.  The banners from each of the colleges and schools will head up the processional through the Quad and down Kenmore to Webster and the church, located at 1010 West Webster.

CEREMONY
10:30 a.m.
St. Vincent de Paul Church
1010 West Webster Avenue

The ceremony will begin at 10:30 and is expected to last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.

LUNCHEON
12:00 p.m.
Lincoln Park Student Center

Seating is limited for the luncheon, when you RSVP for this event please be sure to indicate that you will indeed be attending this part of the morning's events.  Due to limited space, the luncheon is open only to faculty and staff members of the university.  The luncheon will be held in room 120 of the Student Center, 2250 North Sheffield.
